In August last year I built a computer with the following components:

ASUS Prime X570-Pro
Ryzen 7 5800X
32 GB G.Skill Trident Z Royal
EVGA 1080 Ti FTW 3 Gaming
EVGA Supernova 850GM
Lian-Li 011D mini
2x Samsung 850 pro in Raid 0
8x Lian-Li UNIFAN SL120
I am water-cooling the CPU and GPU with EKWB components.

In February, the computer restarted itself from sleep mode and booted directly to the BIOS. The next day it crashed while playing Red Dead and hung on the DRAM check for a few seconds while restarting. A quick online check told me to update the BIOS and Windows as a potential fix. I updated the BIOS and during the Windows Update, the computer crashed and would not boot past the DRAM Check.

My next bit of troubleshooting led me towards bad RAM, I swapped out the RAM and it still would not post - Stuck on the DRAM Check.

While troubleshooting with ASUS, they determined the Motherboard required RMA and I sent it in for repair. They sent back a new motherboard after about a week.

I installed the new motherboard and it booted up fine. Got Windows installed and within 3 hours it crashed and won't boot - Stuck on DRAM Check. When the crash occurred all the fans sped up for a second then returned to their normal operation.

ASUS wants to RMA the new motherboard, but I find it hard to believe that the motherboard is the problem since they replaced it.

Do you have any insight into what could be the problem, I'm starting to fear that it might be a PSU problem but I don't know how to diagnose that without replacing it and the motherboard and hoping that nothing else breaks.
