solution to cool down R9 390

Hi friends.

Yesterday while gaming card reached 85 °C.

Maybe it is not too much for a R9 390,but my obsessive thoughts are stronger, to try to cool down this "heater".

This is a triple fan card.

I want to try to cool it for at least 5°C.

I have managed to do the same trick with 2080 Super though it's other case.

So I added one Sickleflow fan at the bottom which reduced the temp by only 2°C (83° C max).

I have disconnected it because it is 3-pin fan and it runs at max speed,and is very very loud.

I've installed fan to blow air towards GPU,maybe I should try opposite?

So I don't have 4-pin fans here,I have 2 more of these Sharkoon fans (same ones I got with the case),and I have a pack 3in1 of Sickleflow ARGB fans (link below).

The case is Sharkoon Nightshark RGB, as you can see the intake room for front fans is covered be this mesh.

In my opinion these fans are average. 

Same fan is set as exhaust.

So I thought to try to add 2 more fans at the bottom of the case,but dunno should I set them as intake or exhaust?

I'm also thinking about replacing all 3 fans which came with the case and put 3 of ARGB Sickleflow fans.

But then again as you can see the design of the case is so bad,not much room for fresh air to take (covered with mesh-pic below),so I'm not so sure if I will get improvements on it.

All my other fans I have in stock are 140mm and they don't fit in this case.

How about cleaning everything and repasting the card?

Too much work...besides card hasn't been used much at all,cuz I wanted to sell it.

My 2060 Dell G5 Edition runs at 85 degrees with ease if I don't limit its power or turn on my externally powered internal 2nd fan that was originally in the back but now sits loosely in the front now
