Budget (including currency): about 2000€

Country: Germany

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Video Editing, Photo Editing, sometimes Gaming

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc):

So, I want to build myself a new PC, because my old one is pretty outdated. I am not going to reuse any parts. As you've probably already seen, I want to use it for Video- and Photo Editing. I've already created a list on PCPartPicker and want to lower the price to around 2000€ just for the PC. I am planning to use 2-3 monitors that I already have with a resolution of 3840x2160. Also, I already have Windows.

Am looking forward to your suggestions.

I saved you 500 euro but the computer will have identical or same performance and be more quiet due to having better airflow which then makes it so that the fans have to work less and be quieter.

80+ ratings certify electrical efficiency. Not quality.
