What is this RAM?

So I have a kit of ram each stick being 4gb of DDR4 2133 Low Profile Patriot Memory.

I was curious about these sticks so I search "Patriot Low Profile DDR4 2133" and all of the ones that come up have either tall heatsinks or the ones that are the same are DDR3. So I'm now confused, I searched up the model number and the ones that come up are eBay listings that are, well you guessed it... DDR3. I have no idea what this kit is or if it was even for sale. I found it in a CyberPowerPC prebuilt. Any input can help, thanks.

Sounds like it's for OEM's

You can't plug ddr3 memory on ddr4 slots, if that's your concern.

Thats not my concern I've just noticed many of the Patriot Vipers with the same heatsink are DDR3 and this is DDR4.

In all my experience with memory, legit or fake, if it works, it works. Don't worry about it.
