Windows Key stop working

i mean it works after re-installing the windows but not it again stop working i want to know the root cause or why its happening or its a software issue or hardware issue because the only thing dell is suggesting me to replace the keyboard.

Edit:-

Don't know how but resetting the BIOS settings to the factory BIOS default solves the issue.🤣

Recently my WIN KEY(windows key) stop working but when I re-install the windows(clean windows 10 installation) it start working but after 1-2 weeks again stop working. Does anyone knows why its happening? Is its a software issue or a hardware issue because I only have 15 days warranty left on my Dell G7 7500 laptop. Please help ASAP,
