Help with Windows 10 share folder

I have two windows 10 PCs and I would like to share a folder from computer A to computer B.  Both are logged in with my @outlook.com  account, when added my account (give access to) to the folder I want to share from computer A, but when I tried to map the network drive from computer B, my outlook.com doesn't work.

 

what username should i use?

SMB (still...) doesnt work with MS accounts properly.

 

in short, 'behind the scenes' your MS account has a classic account name too, it's most likely something like firstnamelastname or firstname.lastname, or if you're really boned it's firstnamelastn

 

EDIT: should clarify, this assumes your e-mail address is "firsname.lastname@outlook.com"
