Hi all,

Been ages since I sold something on ebay.

Anyway I listed an item the other day and normally I have to specify a Paypal account, I wasn't on this occasssion. I was asked about my bank details and read something about payments going directly into bank account.

Is this really this case or have I misunderstood? I assume paypal will still want their slice of the pie somehow

I can't seem to find a PP account attached to my listing. I was going to use my girlfriends as I don't have one.

Last thing I want is someone to buy and the money to disappear into thr paypal abyss! Is there a way I can chech

Thanks for that.

So do you think its likely that the payment will just go straight into my bank account? I am a little confused.

I think the feeds used to be 6-7% so the above is not a massive shock but I've already received a bigbhigher than I owas offered on facebook with a few days to go. Just want to make 100% sure that I will receive the payment without a hitch as its a fair few £

Thanks @James Evens - Thats brilliant.

Makes life much easier for me as I hate paypal. Got scammed many years ago and they took the buyers side even thought i provided all the evidence he managed to convince them that I posted an empty box. Depite showing the postage receipt with the weight on there they still didn't believe me and put my account £350 into the red. Disgusting

Hopefully will have a nice cash injection for the weekend 🙂

RTX 3070 should do reasonably well I would think. Non LHR and only a year old so imagine it will sell fairly easy. Waiting on my 3080 to be dleivered today so hopeully the sale of the 3070 will put a good dent in the £1000 I paid for th3 3080. I sold my 3060ti last week so will be happy if I cover the 3080 cost between the 2 of them. Mining was making me a dsmall side income but with the cost of energy I would have barely made profit. I think casual mining is just pointless now in the UK
