Which PSU is better?

Is Corsair CX Series 650 Watt 80 Plus Bronze or EVGA 650 Bq, 80+ Bronze 650W, Semi Modular better? I am planning on upgrading my power supply to 650 watt and don't want anything over 60$, which one of these choices is better? 

 

If you want to recommend other PSUs under 60$, that would be okay.

The Corsair one is better, but the EVGA isn't bad either. They are decent as long as you don't use something too power hungry.
