I've been searching around and in most cases it says it's a driver but would anyone know an easy way to refresh all drivers? or some software to figure out what may be bugging out? my pc is sitting easily under 60c and when it stutters the entire pc is unresponsive for 3 seconds, even being unable to type. i've had this issue before and it always required a restart after a restart i've just done but it used to be my TPU gpu-z showing dips when it used to do this now it doesn't? so kinda stumped.

Listed the running hardware, the only error i could find even towards event viewer was this, i looked around and found that some installs could cause some weird problems and one thing i have looked for recently was something to clean remnant files of an install out. Already run a sfc /scannow and that turned up nothing, hadn't installed anything software wise recently but my pc gets semi choppy when trying to download heavily to the external DAS that uses drivepool to make it 1 drive. This was the only major change last night.
