Check out the Corsair 4000 / 5000 / 7000 series. They have X and Airflow versions. All are ATX, ranging from mid to full tower, 5000 / 7000 have room for 360mm radiators up top. The 4000 MIGHT fit a 360 in the front. For $130, my 4000X came with three front-mount RGB fans standard. For those air-cooling, the 4000 can mount two 120s topside, one rear. 5000 and 7000 can mount three 120s or two 140s topside. They cool well, my 4000X houses a Corsair RM850x PSU, Asus TUF B550-Plus, R9 5900X and RTX3060ti. Idles at 29C-39C, rarely tops 57, hasn't topped 63C-64C yet.
