GPU: Asus ROG STRIX RX480 8GB

OS: windows 10 update 21H2

 

 

There are fps drops every second along with some sort of visual artifacts. Cpu load is at < 20%, gpu sits at 90+%

problem is present in multiple games, example provided is apex legends but was also in empyrion: galactic survival.

problem not present in league of legends or sekiro.

Is it still present if you lower settings? Also rx480 what size? 4GB or 8GB?
