If Windows has built-in drivers for your network chip, yes. (Installing the latest drivers from the chip manufacturer is a good idea anyway.)

 

Otherwise, no. You'll have to download the drivers ahead of time, or download them on another computer, or use a Linux live environment.

It has built-in drivers for many common network chips.
