Recently overclocked 3200Mhz RAM to 3600Mhz and after i downcloaked again the pc on startup is really laggy

Title says it all.

I recently overclocked my ram from 3200Mhz to 3600Mhz but some days later i noticed my pc was stuttering on startup so i returned it to normal, but it still happens.

Any help?
