I7 9700K after gaming for 10 minutes on a 6 year old AIO

Replacing the AIO tomorrow. It also doesn't help that I bought the case 8 years ago before I considered airflow, safe to say there's no airflow.

well, which case is it? You say it has no airflow, what makes you think that?

won't help replacing AIO if it has no airflow anyway.. or has the AIO dried or gunked up?

Getting a case recommended by Hardware Unboxed was by far the best decision I ever made.  First time I ever had an almost silent system never mind keeping things cool, and I leave it running F@H on a 3080 24/7.

Router:  Intel N100 (pfSense) WiFi6: Zyxel NWA210AX (1.7Gbit peak at 160Mhz)
WiFi5: Ubiquiti NanoHD OpenWRT (~500Mbit at 80Mhz) Switches: Netgear MS510TXUP, MS510TXPP, GS110EMX
ISPs: Zen Full Fibre 900 (~930Mbit down, 115Mbit up) + Three 5G (~800Mbit down, 115Mbit up)
Upgrading Laptop/Desktop CNVIo WiFi 5 cards to PCIe WiFi6e/7
