Help setting up network share

Ok im going nuts and im gonna lose my s*** soon. I watched Anthonys video about using an old pc as a storage system that he did about 6 weeks ago and I cant access this thing. Its a PC with windows 10 on it. Its plugged directly into my router, my main pc is also plugged directly in. I created a network drive on it, I tried to map it to my main computer, the destination I typed in is 100% correct, it now appears under my network tab in windows explorer but It fails to access it and I cant delete it from under my network tab. Where the hell did I go wrong in this. I just want to be able to move files from my main pc to the other one. I have plex installed in the secondary and can use that fine off every device in my house but I cant make a simple network share between these two computers and I have no idea why

Yep, as of right now I have everything set to allow just until I get it sorted out.
