Hello! So I have a seagate HDD, this one. But in disk management, it says "not initialized" so I tried right clicking on it and then I clicked "initialized Disk" and I tried both GPT and MBR and neither worked. This drive never had any version of windows or any OS for that matter. Does anyone have any ideas? Thanks!

If you can, plug it into USB 3 port, because of bandwidth but also because USB 3 can provide 0.9A of current (USB 2 - 0.5A).
With that out of the way, have you tried using diskpart? Here is a guide on how to use it: https://www.tomshardware.com/news/format-hard-drive-command-prompt,37632.html
