OS to SSD

Hey guys! Im planning to buy a new ssd which is the samsung 840 evo. Can someone recommend a program that will ONLY transfer my os.. Or do I have to reinstall windows?

CPU: i7 3930k 4.5ghz CPU COOLER: Be quiet dark rock pro 3 MOBO: MSIx79a-GD45 PLUS RAM: G-Skill 16GB  GPU: MSI 780 TF  Storage: 2tb seagate and 60 GB OCZ ssd PSU: corsair CS750M

Though your Samsung SSD will come with the Samsung Magician software, it is always recommended to do a fresh install of the OS onto it, instead of moving it.

And if you prefer not to work with the Samsung Magician software, here's a truly in-depth guide in how to do so. You can skip the first part, which goes through the physical installation. As I mentioned, this is extremely in-depth, step-by-step to every detail. But you'll benefit from it once you get to the OS Transfer section.

Remember to put it in AHCI mode aswell when re-installing
