Win 7 Search not working

So, several months ago the search function of my computer stopped working correctly.  It still searches from the start menu, but not from the explorer window search bar.  I've already rebuilt my index, but that didn't fix it.

Any idea what else I can try?  I also would be open to a 3rd party program to monitor specific folders as it is really only something I need for one location.

It must be true, I read it on the internet...
