driver-computer-needs-missing.jpg.7de33b1960e8efaa8d538b47e8776515.jpg

Wether i create windows 8.1 from the official ISO or Windows 10 directly from the Windows Media Creational Tool. Error occurs every time.

Solutions i tried :-

1. Plugging in other USB Ports.

2. Formatting in other FAT 32 and NTFS.

3. Using Intel Rapid Storage Technology drivers.

Well i didn't chang anysettings in BIOS except Boot Priority.

Let me give your a brief about my pc.

I have a very old pc with Zeb-G41-D3, LGA 775 socket with the old processor Intel(R) Pentium(R) Dual CPU E2160 @ 1.80Ghz, 1795 Mhz, 2 Core(s).

Storage is MBR and Bios mode is LEGACY SM Bios Version 2.5 and BIOS version/date is American Megatrends Inc. 080015, 24-May-18

I want to create windows 8.1 or windows 10 (1909 version build 18363). Help me out Please

While I don't know why the Windows Media Creation Tool gives you this error, I've had issues with it in the past. I recommend using Rufus instead as that works always just fine for me (unless your USB drive is broken).

The video above shows how Rufus can download an official ISO and rest of the steps are just selecting the USB drive and making it bootable (there is guide on their website but should be straight forward anyways).

you'll have to slipstream drivers into the windows iso. Look on youtube for instructions. I would use ntlite, microsofts dism is rediculous. Although I think ntlite uses dism behind the scenes. You could burn drivers for your board onto another disk and provide that disk when windows throws that error, then put the install disk back in.

It's not an issue with the installer, it's your system - you lack the drivers, probably for storage.
