If they're both Samsung Evo's, then there isn't a difference. The xxxLW one isn't found on PCPartPicker, so I wouldn't really be worrying to much about that one anyways. lol

Pretty sure BW comes with only a bare drive.  It's for Samsung drives as well.  LW comes with the sata cables.
