HELP WITH AUDIO

i have an HP ENVY x360 convertible 15m-dr1xxx running windows 11 home

I re-installed windows on my PC after accidentally disabling optane and then it not restarting. everything seems to be working fine, except that there's no audio from the speakers.

i re-installed the drivers 

bluetooth devices seem to be working

i used snappy driver installer to diagnose the issue, it shows i dont have the " Intel(R) Smart Sound Technology (Intel(R) SST) OED [refer to images attached]

but when i download them and install them they dont get installed and it shows to install them again

 

please help, ive been trying to fix this for a while now

Download the driver from HP website?

Yep, I would check the HP website for drivers or an updater program/app.
