Switching Graphic Card

So I have a msi GF63 thin 

C-i710750H, RTX3050, 16GIGS

i want to add a custom resolution in my PC for csgo but there is no display option for it and I tried 3party app for it but didn't work help me with this

Custom resolutions can either be set in the nvidia driver panel or intel hd graphics driver panel. However not all are supported as your monitor panel might not support them and it would fall out of range resulting in a blank screen. If your resolution doesn't work then it most likely is not within display range. If both drivers do not allow this it is most likely for a similar reason.

I know it sounds incredibly obvious, but do you have the display port/ HDMI cable plugged into the GPU not the integrated graphics on the CPU. Also, what is in place of the button, or is it just blank?
