USB not working

So I made a new pc for my mom. It have i5-3rd gen, 8gb RAM, 500GB HDD, Rx 550. So i have a clean install of windows on there. But no USB are working. I tried all fixes from internet and windows have all drivers and updates. Yet cant able to rectify the problem. While connecting any new USB like a Pendrive or Wifi adapter error which is occurring  is "Last USB was not recognized".

Double check the BIOS settings to make sure they're disabled or set to sleep.

 

Are they the front USB ports or the ones on the motherboard...or all of em?

                           OR a one-of-a-kind iphone that runs Android.
