Help finding survey tool

Hey, so for a certain task I have I need to collect responses to a series of questions in which the user gives a rating from 1-7. I'm looking for a survey tool that would allow me to then count averages of the responses the user provides and then immediately show them, while also sending information about who takes the survey. As far as I can tell google sheets only allows assigning point values to questions where one answer is correct and the others are false, while what I need essentially is to be able to calculate a series of means of the responses provided in the survey and display them immediately.

I have a workaround in creating a spreadsheet that calculates these results based on the responses, however then that adds an extra step in having to send these calculated results to the user which is no bueno. Any help greatly appreciated.

I don't know of any programs that can do this, but I don't think that it would be too hard to make a website/app that can do this.

Yeah I think so too, however I need this solved relatively soon (so need third party solutions) and I'm uncertain if I'll be able to learn HTML quickly enough to have it in a decent state.

If your survey fits in their free tier restrictions, you could use SurveyMonkey. Why reinvent the wheel?

Yeah, if you don't already know html, using a 3rd party application is the better plan.

So I signed up and poked around and it seems like it's not possible to display anything calculated to the user at the end of the survey, the only option is to send a copy of the responses.

You are looking for something to create quiz, not survey. Like "what Warcraft hero you are" type. Here's something with SurveyMonkey https://www.surveymonkey.com/mp/quiz/
