Left side of sound is quite?

Hey guys, I have a bit of a unique problem with my PC, it's nothing system breaking but it's a weird issue.

 

For some reason the left side of my speakers go quite for a while, then go back to normal at any random interval. I thought my speakers were dying, but then I plugged in my headset and it had the same issue. And I know it's not my headset either because I plugged it into my brothers PC, and it worked fine

 

Should I reinstall my audio drivers? I checked windows and nothing suggests that the sound is being changed at all, it's balanced. Thanks in advance!
