Black Screens with loading mouse pointer constantly when gaming

Just got a 3060TI to replace my old 950 a month ago and only 1 week after I set it up I've been having lots of issues with games just flickering into a black screen with the mouse pointer in the middle, I have checked afterburner for when this happens and its always a dip in GPU usage, no temperature issues, max it has ever been is 70c, this happens on almost all games I play:  Monster Hunter World, Dishonored 2, Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice, and Doom Eternal.

 

I have already tried to play on lower settings and resolutions, cleared my drivers and downloaded as new, changed the PSU cable to another one and ran the games with no overlays active or background apps other than steam.

ASUS TUF x570 plus (WiFi)

Ryzen 3500x

Corsair Dominator 3600Mhz CL18

NVME Corsair MP510 960 GB

NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 Ti PNY UPRISING Dual Fan (LHR)

Corsair RM750 PSU

BIOS Version/Date    American Megatrends Inc. 3602, 06/03/2021

Windows 10 Pro 64bit

Have you run DDU? I had a similar-ish issue, and it helped.
