Hello, is there any way to solve this issue? My ping in games is fairly normal 40-50ms but after every 5seconds or so it bumps up to 120ms for a solid 3 seconds and then it comes back to 40-50ms again, it's really annoying.  I can also feel it sometimes while browsing the web. Here is an image of cmd where I teseted my ping, exactly as I said it's about 50ms and then it goes "Request timed out" as if connection was lost or something. It isn't stable, how do I fix this?

How are you connected? Wifi or Ethernet? If wifi, then you likely have some type of RF interference and likely need to change the channel your wifi operates on to a cleaner channel. Or if Ethernet, you may need to replace the cable between computer and router or Router to modem if other devices have the same drop outs.

What type of internet connection? 4G/LTE/5G/WISP/satellite all have an expected latency that you'll have to live with.

If on WiFi, use ethernet.

WiFi will always have ping spikes.

If already on ethernet, check the integrity of the cable itself.
