Cooling problem?

I have a system that is fairly new. It has a 5800x being cooled by a front mounted 240 AIO and a EVGA 2080S in a phanteks p400. When playing games like cyberpunk that are very graphically heavy I will start to get stutter and frame skipping in game. If I pop the front panel off it will keep the game from doing so. Does this mean I need a new case? If so what case would be able to facilitate better air flow?

Airflow on the p400 is god awful, though you may be able to fit a mesh front panel since the p400a does share the same front panel except its mesh and doesnt have those vents

 

Otherwise get a new case
