What thermal paste should I get for my 8 year old Dell inspiron (from Amazon or bestbuy canada)

Bopityros

My old dell inspiron with a pentium from 2013 is overheating most likely due to the thermal paste being 8 years old. I have some Nt-H1 but I heard that it pumps out on bare dies.

What are some good thermal pastes that will last a while and not pump out after a year.

I'm thinking of getting some Arctic mx-5,  Arctic mx-4, or Noctua Nt-H2, which one do yall think is better?

MX5 had a recall recently, so I would avoid that. You could possibly get one that wasn't returned.

If you want something to not change for years you can look up Arctic Silver.

For the rest, there won't be much difference if is mx4 or nth2, whatever is cheaper and more easy to obtain for you. They are all good.

I've put H2 on multiple laptops with no problems so far, well over a year ago. I don't have personal experience with anything but H1, H2 and Conductonaut. And only H2 in laptops.
