Premiere not showing audio track

Fixed it. For anyone having this issue, check that the source patching box is turned on (that one on the left, saying A3 for me), then insert the video clip. I feel like an idiot but I genuinely didn't know this.

This started happening randomly. If I create a sequence in premiere and put a video in it, my third audio track doesn't show. However, if I only insert the video file, without creating a sequence, it shows. You might be saying "then just don't create the sequence", but if I put another video file in, the second one doesn't have the third audio track while the first one does. Tried messing with obs, but when viewing the video in vlc, the audio track is clearly there.
