Make your thread titles descriptive of your issue so people who might have relevant knowledge notice the thread. There are countless threads just titled variations on "help pls u gaiz."

so I'm trying to install the drivers for my nVidia TNT2 and I can't get it to boot to Windows 98SE without crashing

"Windows protection error. Restart PC" or something

"Or something"? If you can't be bothered to even take an accurate note of what the error message is, why do you expect people to make an effort to assist you?

Post the full specs of the system.

Corps aren't your friends. "Bottleneck calculators" are BS. Only suckers buy based on brand. It's your PC, do what makes you happy.  If your build meets your needs, you don't need anyone else to "rate" it for you. And talking about being part of a "master race" is cringe. Watch this space for further truths people need to hear.

I'm pretty sure he uses SD cards

but this isn't helping me with my whole computer-not-booting issue

I uninstalled the driver and w98 reinstalled it without my permission.

so yes, crappy drivers just bricked my windows install. thanks nvidia.

still dead. I give in, I'm reinstalling Windows.
