There are a number of things I'd change.

First, if you can avoid the 6500XT at all costs, do it, it's a pretty bad card. The only thing going for it is that it's the cheapest card you can buy new not from a scalper that can play games. The problem is used GPUs from 4 years ago perform better with MSRPs being the same. Unless you can't buy a used card for whatever reason, go for a used GPU like a GTX 1070 or an RX 580 8GB. Or, try your hand at a 3050 for MSRP.

Next, the 3600 is a pretty bad value CPU. The i5 12400F is much faster and if you go for a similar quality motherboard the same price overall. If you want to go for an actually decent motherboard (that ASRock board you picked is pretty bad) it will be a little bit more to go 12400, but it's still much faster and worth the little bit extra you'd spend.

Next, unless you are heavily invested in the iCUE ecosystem, don't get Corsair RAM. It's very expensive for the speeds you get, and while you can get lucky with Samsung B Die, it's usually some of the worst B Die you can get in those cheaper kits. Go for something either cheaper or known good.

Next, get an SSD no matter what. They're cheap and the #1 way to make your computer using experience absolutely terrible is use a HDD as your boot drive with Windows (some Linux distros do OK on a HDD, but even then you want it on a SSD). Boot times will be terrible, loading times for any program will be terrible, the computer in general will just be slow. Get a 240GB drive to use as your boot drive, and store all your games on the had drive, that's fine. You just want your OS to be on an SSD if your budget it bigger than ~$200.

As for the case, swap it out. The P400a digital is $5 less, has much better airflow, is way easier to build in IMO, still comes in white, and have 3 RGB fans by default. Unless you absolutely love the look of the H510 Flow, get the P400a.

There's the build with all the suggestions. Again, look for used GPUs in your area, a 6500XT should be your last resort for buying a GPU. It's better than integrated graphics, but that's about it.

I think you did a good job on your list for a first build the 6500xt isn't great but it's better then nothing it will certainly run games at over 60 fps at 1080p and it would play some older and less demanding games at 144fps I have a similar GPU as my daily driver GTX 1660TI Laptop version and I can run GTA online maxed out at 144fps
