Budget (including currency): 2,000-2,800$USD

Country: US

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: I will be using this pc to run games like Overwatch, Destiny 2, Cold War, and random horror games off steam. I also wanna use it to record YouTube videos(not editing) exclusively just for playing games preferably in 4K for video quality purposes. I just wanna make sure I’m going with the best options for my money as I used LyteTechnology.com to build this custom as I don’t wanna build it on my own 

the linked photo is the parts I have except the case which is a ( Vetroo Mesh 6). Please inform me on any upgrades or downgrades that could save me some money if unnecessary/necessary 

Other details: the budget listed above is strictly for my pc but any monitors, keyboards, and mouses recommendations are appreciated also.
