PC Breaks network

Hey everyone,

 

I'm really frustrated as I can't figure out what the problem with my PC is. 

Quick summary: everytime I turn on my PC and start using the internet in any way (browser, steam download, Spotify etc.) my whole network just crashes completely. Non of my other devices can connect anymore and I have to reboot my router. I've tried connecting my PC over wifi with a USB dongle, the onboard Ethernet port of my Mainboard and a pci-e network card. My PC is the only device in the house which causes this issue. Any advice would be highly appreciated!

Ryzen 5 3600

ASRock B450 steel legend

GTX 1660 Ti

is there something in the background running that's fucking up the network?

Try a linux boot USB and see if it still happens.  If it's fine in linux, then there's something software wise in windows that's  borking you.

 

Edit:  How fast is your internet?

probably a loopback on that drop.  When you tried wireless did you physically disconnect the Ethernet?
