I think it would be worth it to consider going to the 5800X. For about 100 euros, I think it well worth the upgrade for the longevity of the build. Alternatively, for the same price you could go for the 10/11700 which is not much slower than the 5600X, but has 8 cores. 

 

I do recommend going 32GB right now if you plan to play upcoming AAA games. I've recently been seeing my ram usage go above 16 GB on more modern games. Do keep in mind I tend not to close all my programs when gaming. If you do that, then 16GB is probably fine.
