Need help choosing a bluetooth card :D

So I use a "Earstudio ES100" daily for my IEM´s. So far my setup has been, audio relay from PC to phone to ES100. Which adds latency and other issues.

So I am looking for a bluetooth card that can handle 8h a day and bluetooth 5.0 for sub 20€.

Dont know if its possible. I hope so.
Also I have heard that PCIE and M.2 are more realiable then USB. I have free slots for both so any suggestions fire away :D
