@ShrimpBrimeYeh sure, so when I start it up for the first time in the day with no apps open , it starts of at 60C and keeps rizing until it safety shutdowns to prevent damage to the CPU ( I also disabled all start up apps to see if that helped but it didn't). After I restart it, the temperatures stay at a steady 30C with no apps open

I would guess that there's a defect in the pump that causes it to not start initially, then turning the PC off and on again starts it up. You may want to check the connection to the motherboard to make sure the CPU cooler is plugged in correctly.

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.

@Fasauceome I checked the cable for my cooler thye all look plugged in properly, I dont really mind having to restart my PC, I'm just more worried that it may cause long term damage to my cpu or any other components do you think it would be fine if i just leave it or should i reach out to IBP and ask for a refund/replacement.(i bought it on Jan 23 2022 btw)

Where is the AIO plugged in? The water pump header or cpu fan header? I believe you can use either.

Cpu fan header should always have power when you push the power button, the same should hold true for the water pump header.

Maybe try and clear the cmos one good time to be sure bios doesn't have a weird fluke going on.
