Is my radeon software broken?

SO AMD has announched a fidelityFX Super Resolution at driver lever called RSR back in January.
I only wanted to ask if it is really available as an option and my radeon software is broken
or
if it is actually not in the software yet
For the record I have an RX 5500XT so its compatible.
