Lenovo Legion 5, Clicking noise when fans spin up

Hi guys I've bought Lenovo Legion 5 (2021) with 5800h and rtx 3070 few weeks ago. It was working absolutely perfect for first couple of weeks one day I noticed that I can hear some weird noise when fans spin up. 

To better describe it's like clicking noise it happens only once when fans start working. 

 

Temps are quite good while gaming for a laptop I guess:

CPU: ~80

GPU: Stays under 70.

 

If anyone knows what can be causing this sound and should I take it to warranty? Because I'll be left without device for couple weeks.

 

This is my first gaming laptop so I have no idea how they behave.

I have the same problem did u manage to fix it or know at least what is the reason for it ?!
