Bought a Dell S422HG yesterday but idk why i am facing some ghosting issues while using response time: mprt and refresh rate: 165 hz/144hz, as you can see while scrolling comments on youtube, under the text you can see some ghosting (ignore that red lines because i am using a phone camera) 

 

 

 

i dont know a lot about refresh rate, mprt though, i dont want a detailed information but is it normal or is it a problem with my monitor, so if it is then i will exchange it

Have you actually applied refresh rate in display settings?

That is an artifact of the the response time overdrive setting which I guess Dell is calling "MPRT". That particular artifact is called "inverse ghosting". It is normal and you can learn more about it here:

I had a Dell monitor with overdrive, and I left it disabled because the inverse ghosting.

so can i avoid that 'inverse ghosting'
So there are three refresh rate option in monitor settings: 1.fast
                                                                                            2.Super Fast

                                                                                            3.MPRT 

Which one should i set it to, or should i change some settings in nvida control panel.
