Hi I have a acer predator helios 300 2018

I used windows installation media tool to download windows 11 to create a bootable usb drive, then I proceeded to install windows, when that failed I tried downloading windows 10 iso file when creating a bootable usb drive with rufus nothing changed.

Plus I just put my new m.2 ssd in Kingstone kc2500 250 gb.

try (Intel® Rapid Storage Technology) Driver Hot Fix 16.7.8.1024, and Intel Matrix Storage Manager

could be ahci drivers in there

It looks to be an Intel machine so it should just work, no driver needed.

Does the drive show up in the BIOS?

There are achi drivers for acer predator but for a diferent intel model (ph317-51)

try those.. if there are no drivers it's usually because they should be supported nativly by windows..  but that don't always happen.

https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/download/14723/intel-matrix-raid-and-ahci-driver-for-windows.html this might help too

that's old tho. but looks like your ahci driver should be implemented in that intel rapid storage package.
