it doesn't lol. i wouldn't recommend nzxt's software for oc, try msi afterburner, it's definitely better imo

It doesn't. Just because software reports that it is clocked at 1.5phz doesn't mean it is. Do you really think you got a card that overclocks 10000 times higher than it's stock clock?

 

Use a better software to monitor your components.
