Hi, I have recently started hosting multiple websites and some VMs for family&friends witch is working out pretty great. But i would like to secure the entry points in to my netwrok for websites i am using nginx proxy manager with cloudflare witch hides my public ip. But i would like to secure other services in that way like RDP, SSH, myb some game servers basicly anything running besides web traffic. I would like to know what are my options here since i have only one public ip and if that gets leaked i am toasted 😉

Thanks

Mark

It's practically impossible.

Anyone can go into a multiplayer game with you and alt tab the game and dump a list of the active connections and they'll get the IP and the port.

Only way you'd be able to hide you ip would be to route your whole traffic through another server , with the added latency and costs.

You can’t lock your front door by taking your house numbers off, anyone who drives by can just walk up and try the doorknob.

Those services should be behind a robust firewall, not just exposed to the wide-open Internet. Use a VPN to tunnel back in and access them from the outside.

I sold my soul for ProSupport.
