Good first graphics card

I’m looking to build my first PC and I’m stuck on the decision on a graphics card, I’m not looking for something top of he line just a good card. My max will probably be $700 CAD, if that’s even possible. If anyone has suggestions that would be great, and if there’s any cards that would work for VR that would be even better!

Market is still crap, used 1660ti listed for $700 CAD on Kijiji, same for rtx2060.  Look for 6gb and up cards.

 

Hopefully crypto keeps dropping and gpu prices keep dropping with it.  

 

I'm on a wait list for a new card and will continue to wait until the hysteria is over.

XFX RX 6600 8GB would be your best bet at getting something now and current. 1660 SUPER and Ti are still overpriced.
