Replacecment motherboard needed

My Brothers Motherboard Recently died and i cant find a replacement, the computer it came with was a gift from a family member. the motherboard he has is a ASRock 970A-G/3.1. I need to find another mobo that has the same features as this one here, and my budget is $200 USD his CPU is a AMD FX 8350. If anyone could suggest any mobo's that have the same features i would really appreciate it

If you're willing to spend up to $200 you might as well just start looking into a new processor, board and memory. 

 

That platform isn't really worth putting money into like that

Agree with Slottr. But if you have to Newegg has some options and quite a few under $200 though most are used.

Don't overspend on motherboard. The ones from 50 are probably fine. I always pick the one who supports my cpu and that's it.
