RTX 3070 not Performing

I've done some googling but I don't know who to trust because I keep getting conflicting information. I have a  ASUS STRIX X570-i with Ryzen 7 3700X, a new EVGA ULTRA 3070 TI, Samsung 980 Pro m.2, SK Hynix 1TB NVMe m.2, and 2x SATA drives. I'm getting about 12,000 as a score on 3d mark and and my friend with a Intel i7-9700K with the same GPU gets 15,000, and on Warzone I have no improved performance at all and my friend get over 140 fps and I'm still around 90-110fps Does my system not have enough lanes to keep up with the new GPU bc of my SSD's?
