Ubuntu 20.04 LTS crashes upon waking up from sleep

Rodzz

The title pretty much sums it up. Force rebooting allows me to get back to the OS, but it is a pain to do it everytime.

I am using a lenovo legion 5, AMD Ryzen 5 4600H + GTX1650+ AMD Radeon Graphics(iGpu, it shows up as the gpu in ubuntu, I did not install nvidia drivers in ubuntu)

Dual Boot with Windows 11

The issue started after a recent update. I clicked restart later, then restarted after a day, with a Windows boot in between. Probably not the cause, but I might be wrong.
The attached video shows what happens everytime I wake up my laptop from sleep.

Also attached is a screenshot of the syslog around the time of the crash.

The issue occurred for the first time on 23rd Jan 2022, I have attached a screenshot of history.log from that day.

What I have tried unsuccessfully:

any help would be much appreciated.
