Can I system run with a 16GB 3000MHz DDR4 CL16 paired with a 16GB 3000MHz DDR4 CL15?

I currently have a HyperX Fury Black 16GB 3000MHz DDR4 CL16 DIMM Single Stick HX430C16FB4/16 installed in my system and I want add another stick. The thing is  HyperX Fury 16GB 3000MHz DDR4 CL15 DIMM  Black  XMP Desktop Memory Single Stick HX430C15FB3/16 is available for almost $30 cheaper.  Since they are same manufacturer and line up, only difference being CL15 and CL 16 will they work together without any hiccups? Yeah there is change it will work but you will have to set things manually in the bios to get 3000mhz to work if it does. No gurantee it will run at full speed but it should since you are essentially relaxing the cl15 ram to cl16.
