Questions ----------------------------

1. I want to install an additional M.2 SSD in my desktop, I read in the product description that, there is an extra slot (3 slots should be there, 1 is occupied by 512gb ssd, other is wifi, 3rd should be empty) but I can't find it in the motherboard.

2. will it support a 3200mhz CL16 memory in there.

I assume it is this one?

https://www.lenovo.com/us/en/p/desktops/legion-desktops/legion-t-series-towers/lenovo-legion-t5-26amr5/99le9500368

It mentions up to 3200 Mbps RAM (More accurate, but basically same as MHz)

Looks like it will just fine, but check your MB manual if it came with one. It will show you where the slots are and supported RAM.
From what I saw, there was only one PCIe slot for an M2 drive. But if there are other just general purpose PCIe slots, you could buy an adapter

This is just an example, you have to check the "key type" of whatever m2 drive you get as SATA and NVMe have different key types and find an adapter that matches it: https://www.google.com/aclk?sa=L&ai=DChcSEwje6MOp18r1AhUK9LMKHYKDB_oYABAFGgJxbg&sig=AOD64_1BY8hARdEb9u8KSnskjYSmBy-y3A&adurl&ctype=5&ved=2ahUKEwj2s6-p18r1AhXvB4gJHap9CxMQoIYIegQIAhAd
