Will we be able to build Steam machines that run Steam OS 3.0?

Valve is making Steam OS 3 for their upcoming steamdeck. Is it known if the OS can run on ordinary systems?

Yes. Steam will most like release a download for steam os 3.0 just like it did with the previous versions.
